Similar total, different geography

Total Google Analytics sessions were almost unchanged from September. The country breakdown tells a different story. Sessions recorded for Türkiye rose from 164 to 228, while sessions outside Türkiye fell from 148 to 86. The 64-session gain in Türkiye almost completely offset the 62-session decline elsewhere.

The channel mix moved in the opposite direction from September. Google Analytics Organic Search sessions rose from 223 to 227, while Direct sessions fell from 77 to 62. Both channels grew in Türkiye and declined outside it.

I do not consider the small increase in Organic Search a recovery. The six-month series fell from 509 sessions in May to 227 in October. October was the first small increase within that decline.

Google Analytics country and channel classifications do not establish cause or reader intent. There is also no daily row for 27 September. Because Google Search Console data is not available for dates before June 2026, I cannot separate changes in visibility, queries, rankings or click-through rate.

I will therefore not use the site total on its own as a measure of stability. Traffic from Türkiye and traffic from elsewhere need to be tracked separately, as do Organic Search and Direct. The October data alone does not support a content or SEO intervention.
